Under the command of recently-hired CEO Charles Phillips Infor is now entering a new phase in its company evolution.

A former United States Marine, Charles Phillips is no stranger to high-stakes situations. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Phillips has grown into one of the financial luminaries of computer technology. He held an influential role in a number of major companies, not least of which is the renowned Oracle software corporation.

With an extensive background in business and computer science, Charles Phillips earned his education from institutions such as New York Law School, Hampton University, and the United States Air Force. After serving his time in the Marine Corps, he then went on to work as a managing director at the Morgan Stanley Investment Bank.

After his stint on Wall Street, Charles Phillips later became president of the Oracle Corporation.
